As the leader of Continuum’s Next Community, Heather works with a multidisciplinary group of experts to identify broad global trends to envision future experiences. Her community perspective is inspired by her project work, which takes her from Lansing to Lima to talk to people and understand what is most important to them. She uses their stories along with business and technological considerations to inspire new experiences that help clients win. Heather also focuses on projects that inspire organizational change by working with leaders to create processes for innovation.
